Description
The Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) Flood Control construction works follow the proposed approach for implementation of the MARD plan variant as described in the Ho Chi Minh City Flood and Inundation Management Study, including a number of sluice gates and dyke system. The current assignment explores the possibility of implementing the project by means of a Public Private Partnership (PPP). The main objective of the consulting services is to support Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee and the Government of the Kingdom of The Netherlands in preparation of the LoI and obtain commitment of the Government of Vietnam aligned with their terms and conditions.
Period of involvement of Delta Context: Commenced in May 2020 and ongoing.
